Oh yes you
rumble shakers and window
breakers, you
scream and shout
and does it leave you with
anything but noise and glass?
No
no, but joy fills your veins, leaves you
smothered and breathless and
soulful within your skin,
sings deep in your bones; a comforting,
loving,
thing that will never leave,
never change,
that rhythm that brings you and sings
you and breaks you down
until you can't breathe any longer,
oh yes, You
can't breathe for the
soul shaking and world
breaking, you
can't shout any more, and you
love it more than
anyone knows, the screaming, the
shaking, and it makes you whole.
