I had that problem the other day when I had a sudden urge to update one of my old fics and discovered that my bedroom had eaten my external hard drive (which I still haven't found =_=)

I often misplace stuff or forget them algether until later.
Quite often i will go into a room and just stand right in the middle thinking, ok.. what did i come in here for? XD
