Notes: ALRIGHT, SINCE LJ WAS BEING A DOUCHEWAGON FOR THE PAST WEEK, I couldn't get this up in time. BUT I DON'T CARE, I'M PUTTING IT UP ANYWAY. Because I like it. For subarashiki_ds Summer Revival prompt "Deceptive Cadence".
Other Notes: Not sure if anyone really cares, but this is exactly 399 words long. Almost, but not quite, at an even resolution (oh ho ho, I am clever, see what I did there /sarcasm)
