Author's Notes: This is for theplumtomato's prompt of " I request a fic of either Seiner or Zemyx, on their fourth anniversary. All cuddles and lovings and happy happy times (or in the case of Seiner, badly disguised sap XD)" I picked Zemyx, because my OTP needs its lovin'. And somehow, this morphed into a sequel-thing to Silence is Golden. I'm just not going to question my brain anymore.

Now, since NaNo is coming up (and jeez, again, I am super nervous), I will probably not get much fic writing done for the next month. HOWEVER. Good news, though, I'm finally working past that block on SiG, so it's getting somewhere (*mutters* Finally).

MORE GOOD NEWS. I did a piece of fanart. For a fic. That I'm going to offer up as a sacrifice unto the altar of Dual's amazingness and hope she likes it.

...please let her like it....

So, from what I've heard, people are a little sad that Silence is Golden is going to end with the next chapter.

As one person put it, "It's one of those stories that doesn't seem like it needs an ending."

And you know, she's right. It doesn't really need an ending.

Only, it sort of does.

Stories exist for a purpose. They start, and they end. Perhaps the ending is open, and it keeps going beyond where the author says anything, but they still end. See, that's the problem.

Silence is Golden has to end. It has to go somewhere, and then it has to stop.

This doesn't mean that I might not write little side-stories for it. But if I do, they'll be outside of the (admittedly almost nonexistent) main plot of SiG. It's purpose was to tell the story of how Demyx and Zexion got together -and if Axel and Roxas get together somewhere along the way, that was a nice side bonus.

So it needs to end.

And I'll miss it.

I like that little incarnation of Demyx and Zexion. They're nice, and I like their quirks.

(Another little thing that I bet you won't care about. I try to give all the characters different quirks in different stories.)

It will be the first chaptered fic that I've done, and probably the third (counting the two oneshots) that I'll have completed. And it means so much to me that all of you guys have kept reading it.

One day, I might even post it up here (I'm a terrible, bad person, I know. I just wanted it done before I put it up here.)

No, really, what did I do? All of my reviewers are such wonderful people, and all I can sit here and think is, "Well, I must be doing....SOMETHING right....."

Because, inexplicably, tons of people love Silence is Golden. And YES, I DO MEAN "INEXPLICABLY", because I don't understand why they love it so much.
